How does your refund policy work?

We have a no questions asked, 14-day money-back guarantee (starting immediately after you have signed up), so if you feel that you need to get a refund within this initial period, please just reach out to us through our Contact page.

After the initial period, we may consider certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

I'm not happy with something. What can I do?
