When will I be billed?

Upon signing up, you will be charged immediately for the subscription you chose.

You will be charged again when your subscription period is about to end for the next period (unless you cancel your subscrition before this time).

Why will I be charged in US Dollars and not my local currency?

As we serve the global Amazon seller community, we have found it best to charge in US dollars only.


What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe to securely process all transactions and accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I get a refund?

We really hope it never comes to that, but we fully understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

If you feel that you need a refund, please message us through the Contact page or via email.

Do I have to sign a contract with SellerMaps?


Since we’re a “Software as a Service” company, we work on monthly and yearly subscriptions so you can pay for the time period you choose and cancel any time.

No problems, no fuss.
