Don’t worry, this is an easy fix.
Click here to be taken to the lost password recovery page.
All you need to do now is enter the email address you signed up with and click the big orange button that says Request Password reset. We’ll do the rest.
You will get an email with instructions how to reset your password.
Do make sure that you check your spam and trash email folders in case our email goes there by mistake.
And if you haven’t received anything within a few hours, reach out through our Contact page.
It’s super easy!
From the members Area, click on My Account. Once there, click on Subscriptions and then Team Accounts.
Click Add Team Account and fill in their name and email address, then just click Submit.
Please note that any team members you add must have the same email domain as the account owner.
Your team member will then receive an email from us inviting them to create a team member account linked to yours.
They will be able to use the Maps and SOPs, but they will not be able to see or change any of your personal or business information.
Depending on your subscription type, you can have up to five team members, such as business partner(s), employees or virtual assistants (VAs).
If you feel that you need more than five team members, please Contact us for help.
Any time that you need to update some of your personal or business information, simply head over to your account profile and edit whatever you need to.
Please make sure that all information is correct and up to date.
You can easily upload your business logo inside your Members Area.
From the Members Area, simply go to My Account and click on My Details.
From there you will be able to upload a new logo or change to another if you need to.
